Memory: Difficulty remembering to take medications.

Vision: Difficulty reading labels on prescription labels and over-the-counter products

Hearing: Difficulty hearing instructions from health care professionals.

Dexterity: Difficulty opening bottles, inability to break tablets, problems handling medicines.

Our qualified caregivers are ready to help and make our clients day to be easier in every way.

They can monitor and manage the medications to ensure that the client takes his/her medications as prescribed by the physician. They also ensure that the medications are taken at the right time, right route, and right dosage as required and prescribed by their physicians. When patients, caregivers, doctors, and pharmacists function as a team, medication-related problems can be avoided, contributing to better outcomes and improved daily functioning. Resolving these problems can lead to much better results from medicines.

Our caregivers ensure that all necessary supervision on client’s medication is accurately organized in the weekly pill boxes. Daily medication log is also checked for accuracy.
